MACROSTRUCTURAL DYNAMICS OF RUSSIA`S INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
The specialists in the sphere of economic theory and practice have repeatedly noted that the real upsurge of industrial production in Russia must have the structural manoeuvre on a large scale in its basis. The mechanism of the industrial upsurge is supposed to be the transition of the general upsurge into the structural crisis with futher growth. So, it is suggested realizing the specific - structural cycle with the purpose of normalization of econimics. The aim of this article consists in the following: to give the idea of possible methods of approach towards theoretical and empirical analysis of the described processes.
The quantitave apparatus of the macrostructural analysis of economics is based on the real, existing and measurable srtuctural effects. First of all, it is necessary to single out the effect of forcing out, which consists in the situation, that with the course of time the combined portion of some nomenclatural positions in the general composition of the output increases and they force out other positions, taken into consideration from the composition of the output.
