We are asking for help in finding Masha Ouary, the little girl who has gone missing. Masha (a short name for Masha in Russian) was born on the 19th of July of 1995; her mother, Natalia Zakharova, is a famous actress in Russia, who has also earned herself a reputation of a well known and a respectable journalist, and is currently a honorable member of the "International Police Association". Ms. Zhakharova has not had any information regarding her daughter`s health or wellbeing since the 1st of August 2009.
Masha`s father, Patrick Ouary, whose actions were, rather obviously, directed at avoiding having to pay alimony to Masha`s mother, has handed Masha over to social services, while her mother was trying to do everything in her power to contact her , using all means available to her to bring her child back. Since that time, through the extremely obvious manipulations of Mr.Ouary, the little girl was sent to a foster home, disregarding the fact that she had a loving mother, who was desperate to see her, and take care of her. Masha`s father (60 years old, at the time), has been characterized by the court as a person that has "neither the desire, nor the competence , nor any interest in raising his 4 (four) children", at the age of 42 - the final court decision during his latest divorce.
During the forced separation from her child, Nataliya Zakharova has tried every legal option to bring her child back; so far, she has not been successful. The juvenile affairs judge has stated that s/he will not be biased by the mother`s unnecessary and over-emotional "mother`s grab policy love". It is fairly obvious (besides the evidence) that the social services` and the court`s improper and inadequate actions were based on a plaintiff with Masha`s father, who has abused the child both physically and psychologically - confirmed by the multiple reports of various doctors and competent experts; there is extensive documented evidence of child abuse. Despite this, the court was not able to condemn Mr. Ouary.
During the time that Masha was "being helped" by the social services, her father was successful in avoiding of making any payments to the government, which must have been one of the reasons for his actions. Patrick Yuary is a wealthy and successful dentist, and, knowing that he has no financial interest in this child, besides her being an inconvenience, his actions can only be viewed from the position of a person that would happily use a little girl, that he has no feelings for, to take revenge on her mother, who has insulted him by insisting on a divorce. Though there is no documented evidence of Mr. Ouary`s motivation, Ms. Zakharova, and a lot of people that are supporting this cause, are able to see through it, and will try their best to HELP MASHA.
When Masha was separated from her Russian family, an event in her life, that has occurred without neither her agreement, nor consent, she had lost a significant part of her heritage. She no longer has the opportunity to speak her language, as well as not being able to follow her religion; Masha was baptized as a Russian Orthodox Christian when she was born; since then she was not able to neither learn about her religion nor practice it, despite her mother`s efforts to grant here these rights (Nataliya Zakharova went to court for her daughter`s righs, unsuccessfully). The unjust expropriation of these rights, as well as the annulment of Ms. Zakharova`s parental rights, that cannot be explained by any article of law, and, nevertheless, did take place, and simply cannot be legitimate. Ms. Zakharova was not able to be a part of her daughter`s life, had no information of her health, or general well being.
Patrick Ouary is a danger to the physical and the psychological health of a 14 year old girl. People that have observed Masha in his presence, describe her as a will-less and a completely brain-washed, zombie-like girl. Mr. Ouary is very found of manipulating his daughter, and capable of taking various dangerous actions, taking a malevolent pleasure of placing the blame on his ex-wife, though being faced with witnesses of his behavior, or the police, owns up to his misdeeds. Patrick Ouary expresses strong dissent against any contact between Masha and her mother, and has even refused to allow the representatives of the Russian embassy to speak to Masha, which is illegal. Please, help us find Masha, a little girl that has been separated from her mother for more than six months; the last text message that Ms. Zakharova has received from her said, "Mom, please come and take me away from here."
