With the purpose to improve quality of medical services for population and to provide wider access to high-tech medical care President RB Murtaza Rakhimov signed the Decree concerning ratification of the Presidential program "Cochlear implantation in Republic of Bashkortostan" in 2008-2010.
Government RB is ordered to provide financing of the Presidential program.
The Decree came into force on September 5, 2008.
