1967 - graduated from the Military University (Faculty of Law).
1970 - post-graduate work at the Military University
1995 - full re-training course at the Republican Centre of humanitarian
education of
the Institute of State and Law (Russian Academy of Science), certified for
lecturing new legal training programmes
Study abroad
June-July 1996 and October -November 1997 Coventry University (UK) training
course and internship at the Houses of Parliament.
October-November 1999 training course at the Training Centre of Greek
National Bank
(Athens, Glifada) covering actual questions of marketing, signing contracts
of leasing, factoring, franchising.
Current Job position
Head of the Economic Law Department (Plekhanov Russian Academy of
Economics). Majoring in: aspects of civil, economic and marketing law, law
of contract, human rights, legal and economic aspects of foreign economic
and anti-monopoly regulation in Russia and abroad.

Teaching, analytical and lawmaking activities in civil and economic law and

and environment protection. Preparing materials and participating in
international events as a member of Russian official delegations, including
